FAQ: Payment Information

  • Is my online information secure?
    Your personal information will be protected by the worlds most advanced encryption technologies. The padlock on the bottom of your browser status bar ensures your order will be securely processed.

  • How will the order show on my statements?
    Purchases made by credit card or online check will read on your statement as "ILF, LLC"

  • What do I do if my payment was declined?
    Contact Us via phone or email.

  • Why was my payment declined?
    Credit card payments may be declined for any number of reasons. The best way to determine the cause of the failure is to contact the bank that issued your credit card. Otherwise, feel free to Contact Us via phone or email to review your order and attempt to process the transaction again.

  • Do you offer COD as a payment option?
    At this time, it is not possible to issue payment by COD.

  • Do you offer credit terms?
    If you'd like to apply for a line of credit, please contact us and we'll fax or email the form to your attention. Please note that we will review your credit and contact your references. All applications are subject to review and it may take up to two weeks to receive a response.

  • Online credit card payment

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Check and debit cards that carry the Visa or Mastercard logo are also accepted. To make a payment online using your credit card, while in the shopping cart select "Credit Card." Complete the form in its entirety! Credit cards are generally processed instantaneously. If we encounter difficulty processing your payment, you will be contacted via email.

  • Check/Money order
    Money orders must be in US dollars. For your protection, we do not accept cash payments. Use the mailing address listed on Contact Us.

    To make a payment using a check or money order, while in the shopping cart select "Offline Payment" as your payment option. Be sure to print out your order and record the total amount due and the order number. Make payments payable to ILF, Inc. Be sure to record your name (the one you used when you placed your order) and your order number on the money order. For your protection, we suggest that all payments are sent via a traceable carrier. Orders will not ship until payment is received and processed.

  • Wire Transfer
    Payment must be in US dollars. Please be sure to include additional amounts large enough to cover any fees charged by your bank for making the transfer and/or converting your payment to US dollars to avoid shipping delays. Please Contact Us to obtain bank details for the transfer.

    To make a payment using a wire transfer, while in the shopping cart select "Offline Payment" as your payment option. Be sure to print out your order and record the total amount due and the order number. Orders will not ship until payment is received and processed.

  • Fax order
    If you'd rather issue your order via fax, please download the order form here. Fax in a completed order to the fax number listed on Contact Us page. If you'd like to issue payment via credit card, please download the credit card authorization form here and include it with your order. We will process your payment upon receipt. Shipping times will vary depending upon the type of payment method you submit.
